Your pass includes two things:
Full access to the D.C. Learning Lab (Phase I) — workshops, resources, faculty, and the founding WiNvestor cohort community.
A required fund participation pledge of $4,000 minimum in the WiN Angel Investment Fund I, collected by Q2 2027, making you a founding investor in the fund.
The $1,000 pass price covers your Learning Lab seat and a portion of Fund I's management fees. The $4,000+ pledge is a condition of enrollment — by joining the cohort, you're committing to invest, not just to attend.
Note: the $1,000 pass and $4,000 minimum pledge are both required to join the 2026 cohort.
