No. This is an investor readiness learning lab.
You will not sit through generic panels all day. You will participate in a structured learning experience designed to help you understand your investor identity, your capital capacity, your values, and your next steps.

You will gain the knowledge of how to map your assets, understand your investor readiness stage, explore values-aligned investment strategy, examine how capital flows into and around Caribbean markets, and identify your next steps toward more intentional investing.
You will also gain exposure to institutions that shape Caribbean development and connect with women who are building similar investment capacity.

This experience is designed for women of Caribbean descent who are financially established achievers. Women of African descent are welcome too! These women want to build their investment literacy, framework, and community. They yearn to engage meaningfully with their portfolio in the Caribbean.

Yes, if you are financially ready and prepared to invest a minimum of $4,000 in the WIN Angel Investment Fund I.
You do not need to be an expert. You do need to be willing to learn, ask questions, examine your own financial position, and participate actively.

This experience is for women who are currently investing (retirement savings count), preparing to invest, or building toward greater investor readiness.
If you earn approximately $100K or more annually, have investable assets, hold equity, manage family wealth, or are actively building toward those milestones, this room was designed with you in mind.

Yes.
Your initial investment includes the D.C. Learning Lab experience and your pledge toward a pool investment fund of $4K, $9K, or $14K with an additional $1,000 for your lab experience and fund management fees.
The first year will consist of learning via the Learning Lab and Caribbean Immersion. Starting Fall of 2027, the inaugural cohort will begin to evaluate values-aligned deal flow with the aim of executing 2-5 direct angel investments in the Caribbean by Summer of 2028.

We have a strong web of partners and relationships through which we will achieve deal flow including the Caribbean Philanthropic Alliance (CariPhil), the Caribbean Development Bank (CDB), International Development Bank (IDB), Halcyon, and other deal sources.
