For The Caribbean Women
Ready To Build Wealth Through Caribbean Investing
You Already Know How
to Build Value.
Now Learn How to Invest It.
When it comes to investing beyond the standard retirement account and in the Caribbean, too many capable women are still told in boardrooms, in family kitchens, in their own heads, “ This world is not for you, it's too complex, it's too risky.”
Women Invest says otherwise.
You built the career. Led the teams. Started the business. Held the family together. Built the community around you.
The gap was never your qualification.
It was access. Confidence. Proximity.
Introducing the 2026–2027 WiN Accelerator Program.
Women Invest, a.k.a. WiN, is a two-phase investor accelerator for high-earning Caribbean diaspora women ready to establish a meaningful connection with the Caribbean, contribute to its sustainable development, and expand their investment portfolios with confidence and intention.
Phase One — The Learn Lab
A curated cohort of high-net-worth women come together to build a shared language, investor readiness, and something equally powerful — trust.
Phase Two — The Field
The work moves into the Caribbean itself. An immersive trip connecting the cohort directly with investor-ready initiatives, the people behind them, and the opportunities waiting to be claimed.

Washington, D.C. | September 11th - 12th, 2026
Featured Speakers & Faculty
Learn from women working across wealth education, financial activism, global impact, entrepreneurship, and values-aligned investing.
What Happens After D.C.?
D.C. is Phase One. It is where the cohort builds shared language, investor readiness, and trust.
Phase Two takes the work into the field.
In July 2027, eligible participants will travel to Jamaica for an ecosystem immersion focused on entrepreneurship, market context, due diligence, and values-aligned investment exploration. Participants will meet founders, learn from local ecosystem leaders, examine real business opportunities, and continue developing the collective investment muscle introduced in D.C. The goal is not to rush women into deals. The goal is to help women become more prepared, more discerning, and more connected before capital moves.

WiN is building more than an accelerator.
We are cultivating a women-led investment learning and syndication network where relationships, knowledge, and capital capacity can compound over time.
The long-term vision is simple:
More Caribbean and diaspora women understanding capital.
More women prepared to evaluate investment opportunities.
More capital moving toward Caribbean entrepreneurs and markets with intention.
More women seeing themselves not only as earners, but as owners, allocators, and builders.
This is how we stop asking where the money is.
